Monitoring systems will be reviewed and improved if necessary. The advantages and disadvantages of classic microbial monitoring versus ATP systems will be discussed. Microbial targets and limits will be reviewed and the list of organisms tested examined to determine how relevant they are to assure safe manufacture.
