A full review of CIP plant, associated chemicals and cleaning efficacy will be undertaken to include temperatures, contact times and detergent strengths. The most cost effective regime will be recommended which assures clean and microbially sound vessels and pipework.

Traywashers and cabinet washers will be similarly reviewed.
